If you like an upmarket New York-type vibe then you’ll love it here- the prices are reasonable and there’s a daily happy hour from 9pm. Located in the LGBT nightlife epicenter of Soi 4 in Silom, it’s the ideal place to kick off a big night out.

Fake Club: A Reimagined Classic

Luckily for modern-day clubbers, this reincarnation has all of the fun in a much better quality of venue! The huge dance floor boasts pumping dance music and neon signs grace every corner of this pleasure palace. The crowd is eclectic and the entertainment program ever-changing. Come here for disco balls, flashy lighting and the occasional topless male dance show.

DJ Station: The Popular Choice
Ever want to lose yourself on a packed dance floor that’s so crammed with happy clubbers that you can hardly breathe? Well the DJ Station is right up your street! Long a favorite with the local LGBT community, this is the biggest gay nightclub in Bangkok and it draws in the crowd night after night. The small ‘sois’ within the club play host to different themes of venue- disco, dance, chill out and a live stage. The entrance fee is 300 baht which that includes 2 drinks, and there are drag shows on the main stage at 11pm and midnight. Embrace the crowds and you’ll come to love this place.

This LGBT-friendly spot is a great place to relax with a cold Chang and meet the local crowd. There are power sockets for digital nomads who want to put in a few hours on their laptops, and an extensive cocktail list for when the working day is done. It’s Silom location means it’s a meeting point before exploring the surrounding Sois.

The Telephone Pub is over 30 years old and takes its name from the telephones that used to connect the tables to each other. Sadly, these days the phones have gone but the fun still remains, with a karaoke room on the third floor and a terrace out front which is a great place to make new friends and mingle. There’s a party room available for hire and the restaurant is highly recommended for Thai and Western food. A deservedly popular part of the Bangkok gay scene.
